An invitation to worship...
EASTER FOR THE FOURTH TIME!
Good Day College Church,
"He is Risen!"
Did you respond in your head, "He is Risen Indeed?"
He is Risen Indeed, and we are going to celebrate our Lord's resurrection again this Sunday, as we do... because it's just too important an event in the history of the world to observe just three times a year! We're going to celebrate our Lord's resurrection for a fourth time.
We will acknowledge and celebrate the Lord's resurrection by acknowledging His living presence among us, in the apostles' teaching (Bible), in our fellowship, in the sacrament of the Lord's Supper and in our prayers. (See Acts 2:42). We will acknowledge and celebrate the Lord's resurrection in the testimonies of three being baptized and one re-affirming their baptism!
And this Sunday, during the offering, it will be our privilege to hear from "Adam's Voice." They are a family that ministers through song, whose children attend Olivet and College Church. We were made aware that they were in town, and we are glad they will be joining us in worship.
"He is Risen."
You can't help but think it, can you? "He is Risen Indeed."
And our resurrected Lord will be with us, once again, this Sunday. For that reason, it can't help but be a good day.
See you Sunday!
Pastor Mark
