"What are you seeking?
Jesus asked over 300 questions during His ministry, and one of the most profound comes from John chapter 1 when He said, "What are you seeking?" Every human life is shaped by deep desires, and beneath our ambitions, relationships, and pursuits lies a more fundamental longing that only God can satisfy. Augustine captured it well when he wrote that our hearts are restless until they rest in God. When two disciples began following Jesus, He turned and noticed them, just as He notices every searching heart today. Their response revealed something beautiful: they did not ask for information or a program, they asked to be with Him. Jesus answered with a simple but life-changing invitation: come and see. That invitation is still open to anyone carrying doubt, grief, weariness, or longing. Whatever you are truly seeking, it is found in Him.
