Sunday School
Classes
Groups that meet on Sunday mornings that study God’s word and create community. Everyone is welcome to join any class at any time.
Sunday School is a great way to go deeper on Sunday mornings and is a fantastic first step to getting connected. Sunday School groups range in size, so there are many ways that you can get plugged in.
We currently have five adult Sunday School classes that meet at 9am.
College Age/Young Adults (leaders: Pastor Mark Quanstrom & Charles Cardigan) CLC/gym
This class is for college age students and young adults. Our study is centered around the prayers of the Bible.
Homebuilders (leaders: Daniel Allen & Kent Only) Room 204
This class is designed for all those with children at home. We will explore what the Bible says about families and parenting. Our goal is to create a community of support as we strive towards building Christ-centered homes. We will begin by looking at the practical wisdom that the book of Proverbs offers to parents.
Faith & Life (leaders: Jay & Jeanette Martinson, Steven Alvarado) Room 100
Faith & Life class meets weekly to grow in faith through the support of Christian community. We share our burdens, support one another, pray together, and encourage one another in our faith journeys. We are intentionally intergenerational, enjoying the community of all ages. Our lessons are Bible-based and discussion-oriented. We value fellowship and have frequent social activities.
Here's the Bible (leaders: Ron Dalton & Don Reddick) Choir Room
The Bible has been the Christian’s source for insight, encouragement and guidance yet many today find it too difficult and confusing. This class intends to help you get the Bible off the coffee table and read it with understanding and appreciation. We will learn how to read it so we can gain from its insights for living in our own world. When we need insight, direction or encouragement, here's the Bible!
Christian Life Builders (leader: Russell Lovett) Room 200
This class follows the Church of the Nazarene Adult study materials as a guide to in-depth Bible study. The materials are designed to cover the different sections of the Bible every 6-8 years. This fall we’re studying seven lessons from the book of Daniel followed by six lessons from Esther. All are welcome to join us.
