"You are the Light of the World."

Jesus called His followers the light of the world and the salt of the earth, and that calling belongs to every believer today. The early church took this commission seriously, and the Gospel spread rapidly through proclamation, devoted community life, and the visible transformation of believers. Even persecution could not stop it. It only scattered the message further. The Book of Acts ends without a formal conclusion because the story was never meant to end. It continues in every generation of faithful followers, including ours. We are witnesses. That is not a suggestion. It is the identity Jesus gave to every one of His followers.
